EPTA Data Release Two

The second data release of the EPTA contains high-precision timing data and ephemerides for 25 pulsars, collected with Europe's five largest telescopes. Individual pulsar datasets with timespans ranging from 14 to 25 years. Within this dataset, we find evidence for low-frequency gravitational waves.
